I am obsessed with my stores customer service. This app is my constant friend :)

I like this App but the one thing that is not making it a 5Star is that is not fast a updating your review. It takes a while and it sometimes lags. They should probably fix it and make it more visual. But other than that this app works great it shows what you really want to see

Use this daily for feedback while on the floor in the store. Helps me keep things in perspective on the go.

No end to good things. Something that could be improved-the time the comment posted doesnt matter to us, we would like to see the time/date of customers receipt/incident. Thanks for your consideration

Updated 1/19/16 and now crashes upon opening. Completely useless now.

The new update has ruined my app! I cant get any info from the app without switching to full version ! Kinda threw convenience out the window ... Hopefully something will be worked out and I can reassume my data collecting without a hitch as before

Sometime comments take hours to load onto the app and the full site. If stats are in real time, why wouldnt the comments be??

Improved slightly in the last year. Both app and site could offer more detailed dashboards. Filters to choose month by month/periods, as well as better details on scores discarded or scores vs scores with comments. Hard to judge when looking at a slew of great comments but seeing bad scores.

I love this app. It keeps me updated and informed so I can plan my day and celebrate with my team.

I love that this app helps me and my fellow managers keep track of how our store is doing in real time with written customer opinions

Good for information being at fingertips! Reporting needs ability to manifest dates measured. Comments need to include date and time of visit not just when submitted.

Comments can be delayed up to two whole days. This is not convenient when follow up is needed.

How in the world do I get a code for a login and password? Tried everything

Awesome App. Easy to use and understand. However I would agree that push notifications would be a nice addition.
