The app logs out every day. It is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Love the app. I just started using it and I love that I can pull comments to share on sales floor with my team. Would like it to automatically mark comments as read once I have opened them though. Thx!!

This app is getting better but missing some key features. Their should be a dashboard like on the website with a list of locations, survey response count, and scores in whatever category you choose. As it stands I can only see experienced a problem score quickly but our company judges it on a period result and you can only see the score for the rolling 28 days. There should also be an option when doing the survey to enter exact time of visit and make that visible. The only way I can do this now is to go on website and run a cross tab report to see what day part they visited in. I want to know when it happened so I can correlate with cameras and put accountability in place or recognize success.

Everything about this app is great except the fact that EVERY time I click on the app I am logged out and have to re-pair my device to my account. I could click on it only a couple hours after using it and Im already logged out. Please fix.

Very smooth and easy to use

The app is fine. I wish a notification popped up when you received a survey. The survey counts aren't accurate also. It only counts when it feels like it. Not accurate on survey counts and comments.

This is a great way to be able to quickly see comments and reports from our customer gauge surveys. It would be 5 stars with support for landscape mode on by iPad Pro. I use the keyboard and always use the iPad in landscape. This is frustrating when using the app.

My username and password are correct. For the past few days, all I get is login failed. Will this be fixed anytime soon?

I overall like the app, but the info is not always current. When I took at my app it shows now new surveys, but when I go online it shows otherwise. I hope they fix this because this is a very useful app when it is working properly.

I just opened app on my phone and saw no new surveys for the last few days. I get to work and check on the computer and I have three new surveys. Needs to update.

I use this every day for work and before I was having some problems getting it to load. I would have to force close and re open it a few times, that was soon fixed with an update but now we are left with this? Comments dont load automatically, I have to go read a couple old ones and theyll finally load. "Remember me" on the login screen is completely worthless. I still have to sign in almost every time. Just bring the old app back, what are you doing??

After its recent update the app will not let me sign in with my username password info

I find it extremely annoying that I have to log into teamkfc before being able to use the app. Whats the point

Due to a recent update, my username and password do not work.

Since the update I have not been able to see the correct quick scores. They are not changing after I log in to full site and manage quick scores. I use this site and app many times a day for my job. It would be nice if an option for quick scores could be daily without having to change them manually everyday.

Since update I can not log in with my mobile devices PLEASE FIX

Ever since the recent upgrade the app has not worked properly. Trying to load the comments the app only shows me like 1-2 comments and if I refresh to try to get all the comments those 2 disappear and another one shows up. Its really irritating and I hope it gets fixed real soon! I use this app a lot for my job and for it to actually work would be great. If this app gets fixed I will change my rating but as of right now, 1 star.

Cant log in after updated !!! No bueno
