I love the ease of the app. I just wish it would give you the info of the person who commented so you can contact them.

Please fix.

I wish there was an option for push notifications with new comments! Also you need to incorporate the ratings and the visit date in the comments like when you look at the full site. I hate having to load up the full site to check on this.

It has been having a lot of issues here recently. Logging off here and there. Comments not showing up.

Great app, but would be more useful to get notifications.

Love that our company uses SMG. I can look at what my customers are saying at anytime and is it as a tool to train and also recognize the achievements that people are saying good.

I gave up drugs and being a hit man because of this app.

The App says it sends notifications but Ive never seen one. Ive tried many many times, also I didnt know alerts for anything that has not been finished or as we continue to long This app need to work.

Needs some tweaks but overall good.

I use it at my store, and its a wonderful app although I wish there were a few more options.

This app lets me share my voice comments with my crew as soon as they post. It is nice to be able to let my crew know where we are for the voice

Its good not great. Some bugs and dont like that I dont get notifications.

Love the quick access to the comments and alerts but Wish they would have a way to get notifications on your device when a new comment or alert came in. Also can access the full website directly from the app without having to login again. Overall good and helpful app.
